Condition: The watch is unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition, including all protective stickers, tags, and accessories.

Packaging: The product is returned with its original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and any other materials included at the time of purchase.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Customized or Personalized Items: Watches that have been engraved, resized, or otherwise customized at your request.

Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@aeropulsepc.com or call us at (972) 539-2937 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Prepare the Package: Securely pack the watch in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or we have made an error.
5. Inspection and Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item, our team will:

Inspect the Item: Verify that the watch is in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging and accessories.

Processing Refunds: If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
